Today, as CEO of Capital Partners Holding and Founder of Tawfeer International, he leads one of the region’s most dynamic FMCG, retail, and logistics ecosystems, built on resilience, innovation, operational excellence, and scalable growth.
With a proven track record of launching disruptive business models, Bitar pioneered Lebanon’s discount retail sector through Tawfeer Supermarkets, now one of the country’s fastest-growing retail chains, operating 42 branches as of June, 2026.
Under his leadership, Capital Partners has expanded across the Middle East and Europe through vertically integrated operations spanning retail, logistics, food processing, distribution, and commodity trading.
Recognized for his forward-thinking approach to innovation, Bitar is actively driving the integration of artificial intelligence across the group’s operations, from AI-powered inventory forecasting and dynamic pricing systems to customer engagement technologies and smart supply chain optimization.
His leadership philosophy combines commercial performance with social impact. Through partnerships with organizations including WFP, USAID, ICRC, and the UNGC, he continues to champion sustainable growth, community empowerment, and responsible business practices.
